They were thorough in their questions, as their main goal was to find a candidate more experiences and knowledge in that specific field. They also asked why I wanted the internship, and asked me what adversity I have faced in my life.

The interview process was clear and fast. I applied during the fall season for a 1 year- internship. Recruiter calls for a Phone Screen with the recruiter followed by scheduling an interview with hiring manager, then 2 weeks later they make an offer.

Interview
I had a great interview experience, interviewers were really nice and receptive to my responses, and gave me feedback on my portfolio presentation. Entire interview took about 40-45 minutes, and received an offer within 2 days.
