Very informal relaxed interview. Learned about the company and chatted with director. Overall extremely pleasant. Not a formal interview. Just learned more about the company, working environment, etc. Followed up with assistant and signed contracts.

Brief physical interview with CMO, with some questions asked about background, etc. No medical knowledge questions or scenarios were asked. He took me on a tour of a CareNow clinic and explained their philosophy.
