The interview process lasted 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks i was called for 3 interviews of 1 hour (first), 3 hours (second) and 3 hours (third). The manager took vacations and all the time in the world to reply. I enjoy the interviews, however please beware that the interview process is not efficient. Dont waste candidates’ time with 3 interviews that long, introduce them to you participants if at the end you know its not a match by the second interview.

Volunteered a number of times before I applied. I was interested in using many years of experience in the corporate world to help others. Rather than a conversational interview it felt like standard, "read the question" interview which was not a great approach for the position. The person who interviewed me (and the position would report to) made me feel demeaned and infantilized. I withdrew my application.
