I submitted my resume online via a job posting for an Executive Assistant position on Craigslist. A recruiter from the company called me shortly after and suggested that I would be a better fit for a Personal Assistant position. She scheduled a time to meet with me that afternoon to discuss further.

They asked me what type of roles I was looking for, why I was interested in certain positions, and even assured me that if I didn't receive an offer for the role that I was applying to, that they would continue to submit me for other roles down the line.
