The interview was fairly short. I had one short interview over the phone where they wanted to know about my previous work experience. They then asked me to come in for a 1:1 assessment in person within the same week. In this second interview they asked further questions based off my CV and assessed if I was suitable for working in a corporate firm environment.

Quick and formative. I could the hiring manager was in a rush. The hiring manager seemed engaged and desperate to hire due to people leaving the company. The hiring manager could have asked better questions.
