Interview
There were 2 in person interviews in their El Segundo office. Interviewed by many members of staff ranging in seniority. Asked questions about motivation, family background, and some intrusive questions.

Interview
Do not apply for this company, they are racist, sexist, and overall a terrible company. I had an in-person interview with one of their managers where he said I was "too smart" for their company because I'm Asian and their company has a lot of white men, who are not as smart as Asian people. He then proceeded to say he didn't know if I would be a good culture fit, because they like to joke around "but of course not in a disrespectful way, we do have women who work here after all." He also asked if I would be comfortable taking shots after anyone makes a deal, since that's part of their company culture too, which is a weird thing to disclose in an interview. I was barely asked any real questions, it felt like I was just being harassed about my identity and whether his stereotyped understanding of my personality was a good fit for his college frat company.

I've had 4 interviews so far- preliminary, first with the office manager, second with the district supervisor, and third with the VP. I am currently awaiting another interview. Everyone has been professional and genuinely nice.
