Interview
Two interviews total. First was about 15 minutes get-to-know-you session with one interviewer. Second was about 1 hour with panel of 3. Interviewers had scripted questions that they followed, but all questions were basic, inquiring about past experiences with difficult situations, about interests, about "what-if" scenarios that could relate to position.

Interview
Initial short interview, followed by panel interview. Questions were typical for a nonprofit interview. They were interested in knowing about me and my preference in supervision and leadership. Felt very comfortable with the managment interviewing me. It was more of a conversation than an interview.
