I interviewed at CareerStaff Unlimited (Seattle, WA)
Interview
It was fairly a laidback interview process which I enjoyed! The questions were mostly about past work experience and how it would relate to the position. The only negative part was waiting almost over a week to hear back that I didn’t get the job, I had to email first to get a follow up.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CareerStaff Unlimited
Interview
Very welcoming office, and the interview lasted 45 minutes. They asked many questions and were very nice, but did not leave much room for questions. They really put an emphasis on fitting in in the office, being competitive and how much they expected of their employees
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CareerStaff Unlimited in Aug 2019
Interview
I initially was contacted by a national recruiter with the company. We spoke over the phone for a 30 minute conversation. I then was offered an interview with the local area manager. I had 2 phone interviews with the area manager, and 1 phone interview with the area director. I had 1 in person interview which lasted 1-2 hours and contained a sit down interview, as well as a “pit sit” which allowed me to shadow and see the position in a hands on way. I then had to complete an online application with skills and performance tests and was offered the job. A long interview process, but very worth it as they really ensure the employee is a good fit with the team in place.
