Phone interview, no questions asked just availability if you have license, then they ask you to fill out a form and thats all. they also have on site training and they put you straight to work

Interview
I did not receive a call at appointed time, so I looked up address and appeared at the door. I was treated very well and given an interview.
The interview was one on one. I was show around the office and introduced to office staff who work with businesses's needs and contracted employees'availability.
I gave all information I had with me at the time for on boarding. I was provided via email other information and documents to sign and return.
I provided my availability and soon was asked if I could fill in for a client who asked me back for a few more days!

Interview
I was interviewed in a one on one setting with the director of hiring in a Starbucks of my choice. I felt comfortable in this type of setting as opposed to a sterile office building. This position required a lot of paperwork, some medical tests, immunizations which is appropriate for the position.
