Virtual or remote interview process mostly acceptable, because I live in Kolkata(W.B). It's generally not possible to commence on the job location for the interview. Whereas i can be assessable over the phone every time and get assess my on job potentiality by allowing test work sampel.

Interview
The call comes within a week or so after applying for a particular job online. Once called, an assignment will be given to you for completion within 1.5 hours which will consist of 2 questions to check your English language proficiency followed by an interview by the manager.
