Carefirst Seniors and Community Services Association interview questions

It is a 1.5 hr long interview as it ia grouped interview, they go in circle. They ask a question and each person will answer it one by one. As it is a summer job, mainly targeting students, their questions are veru basic.

the process is slow, they call you for a pre-screening call with basic information about yourself and some simple overview on the position. In person interview after the phone call, pretty straight forward and mostly are behavioral questions.
