the interview was fairly simple and went well. Care-free boat club is a great organization and they are really on top of their game. The man who interviewed me was down to earth and very accepting.

Casual interview with management or owner. Typically lead you down the dock explaining business model, then go to office to talk details. Most important things are availability, experience with boats, and willingness to clean boats. More experienced dockhands work 35-40 hrs/wk while younger, inexperienced ones work during busy hours ("Turnover") only
