Carelon Global Solutions Java Software Developer interview questions

1) The first moment when I entered the office. There was an argument going on between hr and the receptionist in front of the candidates waiting for their turn to interview don't know for what reason. 2) HR misbehaving with security guard and completely disrespecting him in strong English words. As if she owns this company. 3) Why have you even invited candidate for interview? when you don't know how to respect them. I have seen her misbehaving with candidates also giving useless advice to them like you are not allowed to stand here you cannot sit here and blab blah. Shows poor management don.t even have space to make interview candidates sit somewhere who can wait for there turn. After waiting for almost 1 hour went in the cabin for first round of interview. The interviewer asked 4-5 Questions and was not at all in a mood to accept the answers.
