I came into a room and people came in to see me and we talked. It was very causal. I had a relationship already with the CEO, so I think he was checking on me and if I would be a good fit with the team. He had already seen my work.

Spoke first on the phone with supervisor. Invited to come into office and interviewed by everyone at company, individually. Met in conference room and each person came in and asked questions.
