Sent in my resume and was asked to come in for an interview. Asked standard questions like if I had prior experience and how would I go about helping customers.
I sent in an application and cover letter on the company website and then was supposed to be contacted for an interview via email. My application went unanswered for months.

They didn't ask me any questions as the hiring process was put on hold with no reason given and I was only notified months later.
Questions about your past work experience, why you want to work at Carhartt and what your goals are. It’s pretty simple and straightforward. They will hire pretty much anyone who is outgoing.
