The first interview was a phone call with the director of R&D, the director was seventeen minutes late to the interview. They apologized and the interview happened and stated the next steps would be another phone interview with two Culinary Scientists. This is where the interview gets a negative experience, they didn't even call on the scheduled day and didn't sound sorry. A few days later we had the interview and it seemed like they were going through the motions.
