I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Carlisle Medical (Telephone, TX) in July 2016
Interview
I found my way to this company through a networking contact. He referred me to a National Sales Director, who in turn shared my information with corporate management and the owner. I had a total of four telephone interviews, first with this national contact, then with the HR manager, then again with HR, and finally with the company owner, his son (a VP) and a senior vice president.
The final group expressed significant interest in me, although I was not responding to an advertisement for a specific position. The owner, in particular, said that he was intrigued by my experience and what I could bring to the company.
Unfortunately, following these interviews, I was not invited to meet with anyone in person nor was there any response at all to four attempts to contact the owner (two by telephone, two by e-mail).

Question 1
How can you impact Carlisle Medical with your experience?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Carlisle Medical
Interview
I was called in for two different interviews, both a waste of time and both over 2 hours long. I felt as if I was being interviewed by the FBI. I was asked a lot of person information which was fine, but then the questions became more of a "gathering info" than an interview. I was able to meet with four different people including the owner of the company. Must say less than impressed. The only thing that was impressive was the HR lady.
