Carly Rian Group Management Consultant Associate interview questions

CRG is inconsistent with their interviews. In my first interview I was asked about my salary expectation. My response was clear. CRG's response was: Your expectation is what we pay our Associates. Moving to the case interview, I was asked the same question by a different person and I gave the same answer as before. Their response: Rejected as you are asking for way above what we pay our Associates. If the first interviewer took a few minutes to brief the second interviewer before my interview, they would've avoided wasting their time and mine. After following up a few times to get answers on this inconsistency and lack of transparency, I was promised I will get a call back but never heard from them again. Things like this scream bigger issues within the organization.
