Interview
CRG is inconsistent with their interviews. In my first interview I was asked about my salary expectation. My response was clear. CRG's response was: Your expectation is what we pay our Associates.
Moving to the case interview, I was asked the same question by a different person and I gave the same answer as before. Their response: Rejected as you are asking for way above what we pay our Associates.
If the first interviewer took a few minutes to brief the second interviewer before my interview, they would've avoided wasting their time and mine. After following up a few times to get answers on this inconsistency and lack of transparency, I was promised I will get a call back but never heard from them again.
Things like this scream bigger issues within the organization.

Question 1
Initial Interview:
- How do you keep yourself motivated?
- How do you deal with conflict at work?
- Why are you looking to leave your current work place?
- How would your manager describe you at your current work place?
- What is your salary expectation?
Problem solving interview:
- Provided an excel spreadsheet of data and asked to obtain information out of the spreadsheet to answer a few questions.
Case Interview:
- Started with a case interview through which you are expected to develop a framework by asking clarifying questions. You are then asked to provide a written deck to showcase your framework and make a recommendation to the hypothetical client.
- Followed by a few fit questions
- Ended with salary expectation
