Online application followed by 2 rounds of interviews, one with the department and another with the principal. The application process is much more challenging than the interview because they get so many applications that it's difficult to get an interview.

I loved the questions they were asking! They were making sure that I know what I am talking about. I loved how friendly they were. They made me feel comfortable to answer questions.

Standard interview. I live in near in Indianapolis, took me around 40 minutes due to traffic to drive to the location. Unfortunately, a bit late. Went to the interview, and applied for the position of math teacher for pre-calculus.
