Interview
One phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Casual friendly conversation with one of the associates. Questions were typical and more conversational than formal. Heard back about a week later and got an offer which I accepted.

Interview
Honestly, the man I talked to was probably one of the rudest and most condescending people I have ever encountered. (And this is my third summer interning DC) After about the third time he reminded me that he had so many applicants that he didn't need to offer a stipend because someone would be more than qualified and willing to do the work for free, I decided that this was not a place I or any intern would want to work. It became very apparent that he didn't value his interns. He then went on to assume that because I asked if there was any additional stipend that I must have finical troubles and that I should "go home and consult with my mom and dad" to see if this was an economically viable option for me, somehow missing the connection that I am a 22-year-old college graduate, I am finically independent, and there are plenty of other firms that are more than willing to pay their interns/new hires for their work ...He even took a call during my interview. Overall very unprofessional and rude.

Interview
Applied online and was set to have a phone interview. Got reschedule multiple times before it finally took place. Interviewer was not interest at all in what I had to say and stayed that all he need was my exact availability schedule.
