It was a three-round process: an initial screening with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview, and a final round with the team’s director. Also, there was an assignment where I used Tableau to visualize the data and presented it during the interview.
Many interviews with different stakeholders, including the NA CEO, but no follow up. Not the type of behaviour you would expect for an executive position after a mix of online and in-person interviews.
