Phone call first, then video call with 2 people. Video interview was very thorough - I was pressed to explain every answer in a lot of detail. It was very scenario based and extremely safe-guarding heavy.

How would you explain our policy on picking up the children to parents?
How would you reassure a parent who was worried about their children adjusting to being alone?
Fast, efficient and good communication. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an alternative career in education or during school holidays. On the phone initially followed by an interview in person in Southampton. This is also where the training will take place if successful.
