Interview
Very informal process. I met directly with each of the two managing partners. I don't remember any of the questions that were asked, just that we talked about the company and position, and whether or not we each felt comfortable about the fit. I started working for them the following week.

Question 1
The only unexpected part of the interview process was being asked to submit a writing sample and a programming sample. I didn't have either readily available to me, so I submitted them after the interview.
