Sent in application online. Got contacted by their main HR person. Met with her (and another prospective candidate for the position) for breakfast so she could get to know us. Had a round of interviews (by myself) with multiple different managers that I would have worked under. Went to lunch with current employees in similar positions. Overall, a very friendly and informative process to try and get to know the people and position.
