Interview
First was a 30 min phone call with HR, then an in-person interview with the sales manager, then a 30 min phone interview with the regional manager. The sales manager admitted they were very short staffed, and employees spent most of the time "putting out fires" which was a bit of a turn-off.

HR asked pretty standard interview questions: Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Describe how you stay organized. Describe a time you demonstrated creative problem solving.

Average, Does not ask technical questions much, focus more on people skills and whether interviewee is able to accept work culture. And asking for future development and how interviewee hopes to progress in the company.
