Over the phone interview. Just asked questions about working 10+ hours 6 or 7 days a week. You are then sent an offer letter via email. You are called in for a one day orientation.

Great management there with hiring and great start off pay. The place was very clean and nice. Especially great benefits as well. Overall good money and environment. The interview was basically fast and simply. They just wanted some workers.
