Carroll College (Montana) interview questions

They asked for an interview on Thursday and the interview was on Friday, after I flew for 8 hours. They wanted a class demonstration, but there were no students-only 4 professors in person and 1 on zoom. The dinner was a conversation about thunderstorms and fires from the 80's between the only two professors present. Ryan was nice, but equally unprofessional, despite the initial impression.
