Carson-Newman College interview questions

I walked in 10 minutes early and was greeted by an assistant. The recruiter asked me to come in and offered me a snack. Then i sat down and answered all the questions she asked.

Organized and well prepared, multiple members of faculty team present. Missing the Dean, but Associate dean was present, great opportunity to examine culture of faculty and interaction between faculty. Extended review of applications time made me think the job was closed. Long periods of waiting for reviews and approvals before hiring.
