Straight forward interviews as the new hired staff decided to drop the offer. Staff who interviewed seemed like they asked questions based on a set of questions. Didn’t really make an effort to get to know the candidate fully.

I went as far as second stage, there is a 30 minute phone interview as per usual and then a 'technical' interview where they give you a few case scenarios and ask how you would respond to those.

Initial phone interview with the department head. Three interviewers, separate interviews onsite. Submitted typing speed test and Excel function sheet to test skills. Interviews are to gauge cultural fit, clarify resume, and check skills.
