I applied online. I interviewed at Carter's (Norfolk, VA) in June 2017
Interview
Fairly casual interview with the manager. He told me about himself first then asked me to tell him about myself. After those introductions and some conversation he moved on to the more "formal" interview questions, which were only a few. Was offered the job at the end of the interview.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Carter's (Waterloo, ON) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview went well.
I had an emergency unfortunately, which they handled with care. The manager sent me a personal message on Saturday the 24th. To ' follow up' just 48 hours after. Someone from Carter's called on Friday the 23rd.. to close the medical file. My interview was on Thursday so just over 24hours.
I was under consideration for two weeks.. and got the message today, not selected.
I'm not sure why.
Face time zoom microsoft call for initial interview then the process to employment was quicker than expected. All they required of me after the initial call was for me to fill out the background consent form then they were going to put me in the schedule immediately after
