I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carter's (Sacramento, CA) in July 2013
Interview
It was a group interview. The manager had us all sit in the break room and she interviewed us there. She would ask questions and let who ever wanted to answer them. She talked about the company and how there was room to move up. She also discussed the job and what it would entail. At the end she asked if anyone had any questions for her and then she told us we would hear back soon.
