Interview
1hr interview, also includes giftwrapping demonstration. Process was okay, questions asked more about operations than customer interactions. Not so bad overall. Of course it was intimidating, but if you practiced and know what you’re talking about, you should be fine
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They will describe scenarios and ask you how you would handle them
1 entretien RH en vidéo en ligne avec des questions assez basiques, ensuite une étude de cas en groupe avec une problématique et ensuite un entretien manager d'une heure en one to one où on rentre dans plus de détails
Quick interview with the hiring manager. They asked many questions, but the conversation was straightforward, easy to follow, and thorough overall. The process felt organized, professional, and comfortable from beginning to end.
