Quick, traditional questions that confirm target of guest priority. Focused on guest relations and ability to problem solve and juggle high stake tasks. Discretion, professionalism and experience valued. Great approach.

Question 1
If a child was crying in line for the trolley, how would you handle the situation?
Interview was pretty straight forward. Bring in your resume and a business card. First interview was with the concierge manager, while the second was with the general manager. Questions were normal interview questions, nothing too difficult.
