Interview
There were two separate interviews one being off site and the second taking place at the actual company. The process was pretty straight forward with all the usual questions that you expect at a new company: Why do you want to work here, what experience can you bring, etc.... The only different thing was that at the end of the second interview the representative said that he had purposefully repeated himself and wandered around the subject to see how I would respond to the minor irritation of pointless talking since this is part of sales and working with people in general.
