Really simple, only had to do 1 interview and got a call back. The staff running the interviews was very nice and welcoming (we had a group of about 40 apply) but it didn’t feel overwhelming at all.

Interview
It was very informal and casual, set in the office of the hiring manager. I was asked common interview questions and tested on my extroversion to be friendly and welcoming to members entering the facility. Overall, It was a relaxed interview process; the interviewers would crack jokes and never asked complex questions.

I was asked to give a 30 second summary about myself, including my life goals and career aspirations.

Interview
Basic interview questions about if I had experience, why I thought I'd be good for the job. We reviewed the job duties and talked a little bit about my schooling. It was one on one with the hiring manager. All in all, it was really easy and short, pretty casual.
