Interview
Was already working for the agency in another position. The interview process was almost non-existent, just a couple of questions from my current boss about whether or not I thought I could handle managing people who had been my peers previously. Cascadia asks many questions about "diversity" and "cultural competence".

Question 1
No difficult or unexpected questions. While my interview was very short, and not difficult, Cascadia really likes to do "panel interviews" where they bring in multiple people that have varying degrees of actual involvement with the position being hired for.
