Cascadia Metals interview questions

Kris was very nice and made me feel comfortable through the process. There were two phone interviews and two video calls as the interviewing process was all done remotely. Questions were about personal abilities rather than applying knowledge.

No real interview. I got the job through a temp service. It was a sink or swim type of situation. I was given two weeks to prove my self as a competent employee. Then was kept on for another 7 months till my temp service contract ended, then I was hired on permanently. After that I worked my way up to the role of warehouse foreman.
