Apply through university career net, got interview in one month.
1st round: phone interview with manager and lead engineer. Screen my resume and ask some general behavioral questions, nothing unexpected. The whole process takes about 30 mins.
2nd round: onsite interview with manager and current employee in the team. Written exam included scenario analysis for testing, coding. Then talk with current employee, they will put you in a real life environment. Give you code and ask you how to test and where is problem. The whole process takes about 3-4 hours.
People are nice and they will walk you through whole process and make you relaxed !

-initial phone interview (1hr): to screen out the applicants. questions ranged from personal background, multicultural background to professional experiences.
-had to submit work samples
-1st round of interviews took place a couple of weeks later. first group was with hiring manager and COO. 2nd group was with future colleagues. a general scenario skill test was done with candidate leading to solve/develop a website feature with client, web developer and designer
for a small company espousing empathy and agile mgmt, interview process was anything but. whether candidate passed onto the next and final round of interviews, was similar in experience to swallowing an oversized kill pill
