Interview
The interview process was 3 rounds, 1 initial Zoom call, one in-person meeting at the gallery with the director/staff member and a final interview. It was fairly straightforward, and the questions were direct.

Initial questions for Round 1 & 2: 1. Tell me about yourself and your background 2. The skills/responsibilities that you have that apply to this role 3. Career goals 4. Positive experiences/ Challenging experiences in the workplace 5. Working in a fast-paced environment - can you speak more about that and your experiences / how you have handled that
The interview was straightforward and conversational. There was one phone call remotely and the other round in person. Overall, the people I spoke to were curious and friendly. I felt comfortable sharing my experiences and discussing my qualifications in a natural manner.
