Worst HR Ever even if you done the interview well they wont recruit you even if you ask for a feedback they wont pick your call the treat candidates like dogs (worse than that)

Interview
They will conduct the 1st round as a pen paper test on C++ concepts, and then ask you to leave for the day, while you wait for them to call you back they will be conducting interviews to other candidates who applied later than you, when i asked them about this they said they haven't corrected my paper yet even though i wrote the test a week ago.
My friend who applied late had a face-to-face interview on the same day.
My questions to the company
-> Why do you ghost candidates if you think they aren't eligible? Why can't you state your requirements clearly?
-> Can't your HR department inform us that we weren't selected? I had to call you to ask about my status only to get a "we haven't corrected your paper yet though its been a week since you wrote the test" from your reception. Don't you pay them to do their job or do you have them for namesake?
If you want only high scoring candidates state your requirements for the walk-in clearly, don't say its open to all when you are only expecting high scoring candidates.
