I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cashfac Technologies (Livingston, Scotland) in June 2023
Interview
Face to face, almost interrogation style forensic analysis of my CV and career history (over the previous 10 years). small team of 3 with new post being 4th with on-call expectation once a month. Despite the company size and turnover the IT dept seems very very immature (still). The DBA on the team isn't part of the on-call rota so post holder would be expected to support all of that as well as everything else. Got impression the pressure would be high (when things went wrong) with little to no recognition or thanks. Withdrew from application process after interview.

Interview
It was two stage interview. The initial interview was with their technical guy. It was mostly previous experience and then technical questions. The second interview is with the senior architect and it was more on the cultural aspects. Both of my interviews went well and after several days of waiting I got a feedback that they don't want proceed with my application as they have some budget issues. I mean why waste someone's time for two days. Worst experience ever.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cashfac Technologies (Livingston, Scotland) in July 2018
Interview
Had a phone interview wherein Cashfac employee made a number of extremely homophobic HIV related jokes. Received a follow up apology call from management which sounded more like someone going through the motions of an apology.
Would avoid where possible
