      Pillow Fighter Interview

      3 June 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Casper (New York, NY) in Feb 2019

      Interview

Waited for an hour, the woman who was supposed to interview me had completely forgotten and was just hanging out with her friend while I was waiting in the lobby. None of the other employees bothered to let her know I was here. When she finally came she clearly had not even glanced at my resume, and had no idea what position I was applying for. She didn't even know what the starting salary for the position was. She didn't ask any questions about my past experience or skills, just really broad questions on my personal beliefs.
