Caspian One interview questions

After completing their online assessments I had an interview with them on the telephone, then on teams and was told I would hear back from them the following Monday. After two and a half weeks I telephoned to ask and the person on the phone just laughed and said someone else would be in touch. She was one of the interviewers! I then never heard anything. I felt very uncomfortable. I would not recommend. An employer should let an applicant know either way after a lengthy application process.

1) Initial phone interview with recruiter, 2) face-to-face with recruiter, 3) face-to-face with sales manager Company told me I could expect to hear news from them by phone call at the end of the day. Never received a phone call, email etc
