Cassels interview questions

Various Zoom calls with recruiters and then 2 interviews with the direct manager and then the head of the department, who was never to be seen again. Originally applied for a different role but they "created" a new role based off my work history. In the interview they really emphasized wanting to be able to get along with me.

A casual conversational style interview. Interviewers were kind and open to discussion of non-law related topics. Nonetheless stayed on topic with discussing core competencies of the firm. Left with a good impression.
