Castle Group interview questions

Met with the onsite manager, was asked the usual questions, spent about 30 minutes with her. I was contacted a few days later with an offer that was actually a higher salary than expected.

Process was straightforward, first had an interview with talent acquisitions, followed by an interview with VP and a final interview with President. This process will vary by position. Some property roles require interviews with their direct manager and sometimes the Board of Directors for the community they are being considered for. The process is pretty quick and transparent.
