Interview
The process was I called the branch manager and asked about working there. We met a few time to talk about how the loan process worked with Castle & Cooke Mortgage. There was no real interview. We talked about loan programs, how to get loans done, a little about rates and fees. I then has time to consider if I wanted to work there.

Interview
It was very informal. I had the opportunity to meet several people at the senior management level at a meet and greet, and learn more about the company. It lasted about 3 hours.
