Castlight Project Manager/Implementation Manager interview questions

Overall the interviews were not too bad, The presentation is where I ran into problems. They kept referring to the role as a Project Manager role. Once I came to the in person they referred to the role as an Implementation Manager role which indicated a more technical role. The presentation required software implementation knowledge in regards to how long do certain things take to implement, where could there be risks etc. I was more prepared for project/ program mgmt type presentation.
