Castro & Company interview questions

First, I received one phone call from recruiter. There was one on site interview with three back to back interviewers. Offer was provided the next day. The hiring process is fairly quick.

I am a college senior with an expected December graduation. So I met a recruiter at my schools career fair. A week later the recruiter emailed me asking if I was interested in learning more about Castro. I replied and a informal meeting was set up to discuss my interest and for her to answer any questions I may have had about Castro. About a week later my interview with a supervisor and a manager was set. Two weeks later after requesting an update I received an offer from the company.
