I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Catalent Pharma (Bolton, England) in June 2016
Interview
I was invited to the factory site where an interview with a project manager and senior project manager. I had to give a presentation on the role which I was applying for, which was challenging. The staff were friendly and understanding, although the receptionist could have been a bit softer, but she was very nice and helpful. Still waiting to hear back from them

The interview process was great and was filled with a lot of information about the company. The interviews also ask very good questions concerning work history, skills, and how did I deal with situational issues with a client
The talent acquisition specialist was very professional and super easy to talk to. He was responsive to my emails. The only issue I had was the job description said it’s a Hybrid role. I was told it is only Hybrid until after 90 days of service. I wish there was more transparency on the job description. Driving there 5 days a week was just too much. Over an hour one way
