The process started with an HR screen. I was then connected to two employees of the company hold the position I was interviewing for. They were somewhat casual conversations that allowed me to learn about the company as well as the interviews to learn about me. The final round consisted of a half day of interviews at the headquarters in NJ.

30 min behavioral HR interview. No technical ones. It was basically phone screening via microsoft team. The interviewer was very kind and you got a time to ask any questions at the end of the conversation

The recruiter will first schedule a phone screening with you. Upon passing the screening, a technical panel interview will be conducted. If you successfully pass the technical interview, a third panel interview will be conducted with HR. It's a very long process but it is worth it at the end.
